Using Google (Universal) Analytics to analyse the network

This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a network analysis service provided by Google LLC (www.google.pl). This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the optimal presentation of our services, which, by applying the principle of balancing interests, takes precedence.

Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods which allow it to analyse the use of the network by you, such as through cookies. Automatically collected information about how you use this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. In the case of the activation of IP anonymisation on this website, the IP address before being sent will be shortened within the EU Member States or other countries which are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the USA, and shortened there. The anonymous IP address is transferred as part of the Google Analytics service using a browser - it is not generally connected by Google to other data.

Google LLC has its registered office in the USA, and has a Privacy Shield certificate under the EU-US Privacy Shield. You can view the valid certificate. On the basis of an agreement between the US and the European Commission, the European Commission concluded that the level of protection of personal data of enterprises with the Privacy Shield certificate was appropriate.

Advertising through the marketing network

Google AdWords Remarketing

The Google Adwords service allows us to advertise the site in the results of the Google search engine on third-party websites. Further use of the data will only take place if you give Google your consent to combine your online history and the history in the Google browser with your Google account, and use your Google-related account information to personalise your viewings on the web. In this case, by visiting our website you are logged in to Google, and Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target groups for remarketing synchronised with the device. In addition, your personal data is temporarily linked to Google Analytics data to create target groups.

Google AdWords Remarketing is provided by Google LLC (www.google.pl). Google LLC has its registered office in the USA, and has a Privacy Shield certificate under the EU-US Privacy Shield.
